The article deals with English pejorative person naming units which represent a part of the lexicosemantic category «person naming units». The author proves by the specific examples that pejorative person suffixed shortenings belong to the core of the microfield «pejorative person naming units». The major lexico-semantic features of pejorative suffixed shortenings are revealed.
