Introduction: the article analyzes the construction of the legal regulation of relations arising from the introduction into medicine of personalized approach, artificial intelligence, information bases and systems, telemedicine technologies, and the development of biobanks, all these being interconnected links of a single process aimed at modernizing the healthcare system in Russia. The listed components of this process are presented in the doctrine and legislation as autonomous, existing in parallel, which hinders the construction of a system of legal regulation in this field. Thus, it appears necessary to establish relationships between these components for creating a conceptual basis for the formation of the medical law system.
