Negotiation competence and transgressor's accentuation of person

The actuality of investigated theme arouse necessity by knowledge of developing peculiarities contemporary criminology situation for definition of reasons and conditions crime committing and elaboration (in connection with it) required strategy of carried out preventive measures. The problem of this theme is definition of tactical methods, which assist to avert of crime. The object of this investigation is the situation of committing crime for criminology and psychogenic reasons. The aim of this article is to do analysis psycholinguistic peculiarities of speech by accentuant, committing crime for articles number 206 and 209 of Russian Crime Code. The tasks of this article is allotting policemen to abilities to remove the emotional barrier, rising for impossibility deciding the problem by low methods and brought to committing crime; to establish the constant psychology contact, necessary for carrying on negotiations, for control emotional state and for (in connection with it) prognosis of transgressor‟s behavior reactions. As result is the definition knowledges, authori ties and person‟s qualities, composing the negotiation competence, necessary for lowers in their professional activity. The main conclusions are producing recommendations for organization carrying on negotiations with persons, suffering from provisional or constant disorders in psychical sphere. The investigation‟s novelty is in the learning of methods by taking account of transgressor‟s accentuation in “negotiation‟s situation”.
