Lipid peroxidation in rabbits under the influence of infusion of fruits of the common irga

The article presents data on the dynamics of lipid peroxidation (POL) in the blood of rabbits with oral administration of the infusion of fruits of common irga as a source of BAS to animals of the experimental group, while a decrease in the amount of DC and MDA was observed, which indicates a decrease in the processes of POL and a decrease in oxidative stress. The studies were conducted on young male rabbits of the California breed. As a result of the research, the effect of antioxidants included in the fruits of the common irga on reducing the amount of POL products in the blood of animals that received an infusion of irga fruits throughout the entire research period was established. As well as a positive effect on the indicators of live weight gain and the quality of the resulting rabbit meat.
