Reconsideration of the essence of penal control system regulation from the view point of modern criminal apprehension of law

The article analyzes one of the urgent problems of criminal law - the formation of modern type of criminal apprehension of law, which is meant as deep understanding of juridical nature of specific crime and the essence of its penal control regulation. The structuring of penal control regulation in the author's interpretation of understanding of correlation of formal and material in crime in the format of "reproduction of penal control reality" is offered.
