Review and execution of resolutions on cases of administrative offenses in the field of realization of citizens' electoral rights

The relevance of this article lies in the fact that the features, current and legal problems of revision and execution of decisions in cases of administrative offenses in the field of implementation of the electoral rights of citizens are considered, in the theoretical aspect and on examples of law enforcement practice. Possible errors in the revision and execution of decisions on cases of administrative offenses in the field of the implementation of the electoral rights of citizens are revealed, and recommendations are given to improve the norms providing for liability for certain administrative offenses in the implementation of the electoral rights of citizens.
