Translation of the accompanying texts of the Mashkov’s Museum of Fine Arts art exhibition into English in the “Artefact” platform

In the 21st century, museums are changing the format of communicating information to museum visitors by providing open access to the online collection of exhibits, and developing online exhibitions which can be visited from the comfort of one's own home. In this article the accompanying texts of the exhibition of the Mashkov Volgograd Museum of Fine Arts “Russian Art Treasures”, presented on the “Artefact” platform, are discussed. Then there is a commented translation of the accompanying texts into English.
