Перипротезный перелом гленоидального конца лопатки после ревизионного эндопротезирования плечевого сустава по поводу глубокой инфекции (клинический случай из практики)

Представлено редкое клиническое наблюдение пациента В., 59 лет, с клинической картиной вывиха эндопротеза плечевого сустава. На компьютерной томограмме определялся консолидированный перелом гленоидального конца лопатки, консолидированный перелом акромиального конца левой ключицы, смещение гленоидального компонента и нестабильность ножки эндопротеза. Несмотря на рекомендации воздерживаться от ревизионных операций, проведено ревизионное эндопротезирование реверсивным эндопротезом Biomet Comprehensive Reverse. Послеоперационный период протекал без осложнений, через 3 месяца - результат отличный.
