The problem of ensuring the higher level of preparedness for future professional work via lower impact of ambiguity of external environment in the times of digital transformation and transfer of the education system in proactive training state is solved. Permanent theoretical and practical educational process is viewed as a main way to achieve high quality professional training. A model of the permanent theoretical and practical educational process in the times of digital transformation of life is presented from the perspective of competence-context approach methodology and the “theory-practice-theory” principle.
