The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate the feasibility of creating a personalized educational environment in a military university in the context of the formation of military-professional motivation of students. Modern military education is faced with the need to meet the rapidly changing conditions of global security and technological challenges of the 21st century. To effectively perform tasks related to ensuring the defense capability of the state, specialists are required who have not only deep knowledge in their field, but also the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and use the latest technologies. In this context, a personalized educational environment is of particular importance, since it is aimed at taking into account the individual characteristics of each student and creating conditions for the maximum realization of his or her potential. A personalized educational environment in a military university is a set of measures aimed at adapting curricula and methods to the specific needs and capabilities of cadets. This approach is based on the principles of an individual approach, taking into account the psychological and physical characteristics of students, their professional preferences and career ambitions and allows not only to improve the quality of education, but also to create conditions for the maximum disclosure of the potential of each cadet. The creation of a personalized educational environment in a military university requires the integration of modern information technologies, the use of innovative pedagogical methods and the active participation of the faculty. It is important to note that the introduction of such innovations should take into account the specifics of military education, where discipline, order and strict adherence to established standards remain key elements of the educational process. The development of a personalized educational environment in military universities is becoming one of the priority areas of modernization of the military education system. This will allow us to prepare highly qualified specialists who are ready to successfully cope with modern challenges and threats facing our country.
