Personalized educational environment as a predictor of the formation of military-professional motivation of cadets of military universities

The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate the feasibility of creating a personalized educational environment in a military university in the context of the formation of military-professional motivation of students. Modern military education is faced with the need to meet the rapidly changing conditions of global security and technological challenges of the 21st century. To effectively perform tasks related to ensuring the defense capability of the state, specialists are required who have not only deep knowledge in their field, but also the ability to quickly adapt to new situations and use the latest technologies. In this context, a personalized educational environment is of particular importance, since it is aimed at taking into account the individual characteristics of each student and creating conditions for the maximum realization of his or her potential. A personalized educational environment in a military university is a set of measures aimed at adapting curricula and methods to the specific needs and capabilities of cadets.
