Personalized psychophar-macological and cognitive-behavioral therapy and rehabilitation of patients with somatoform dysfunction

Currently, the prevalence of somatoform disorders both in the general population and among seeking medical care in general medical or psychiatric institutions is high enough, but the appropriate diagnosis and expert treatment of these disorders is poor, treatment effects are not sufficiently resistant, there are problems in the formation and maintaining compliance with the physician-patient relationship, that creates significant difficulties in conducting maintenance therapy, that is fully extended to patients with somatoform dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT). This work is dedicated to personalized treatment of patients with somatoform disorders. We have identified three clinical-pathogenetic variants of these disorders. The proposed technology includes comprehensive use of pharmacotherapy, psychotherapy, sociotherapy. This technology allows achieving recovery in 73.33 % of cases and improvement in 26.67 % of cases; no response or deterioration has not been recorded.
