Background. Radical changes in modern society are due to the high prevalence of various types of phobias (social phobia, agoraphobia), developing against the background of stress of varying intensity. The rapid increase in the number of patients with social phobias, including those with comorbid mental disorders, reflects the significance of this problem in psychiatric practice.
