Whether the development bank of BRICS is perspective?

Article is devoted to making decision on creation of development bank of BRICS as alternatives of the IMF which has caused not unambiguous assessment of experts. On the one hand, BRIX is a group of developing countries, and existence of development bank will help with development of a set of projects. On the other hand, these five countries are various in many aspects that complicates contact establishment.
