Prospects and priorities of development republican fiscal policy

The article analyzes the prerequisites for changing the existing bureaucratic paradigm in the Republican fiscal policy, the existing contradictions of public administration of taxation in the country. The strategic goals, tactical tasks, principles, functions, methods, directions, institutions of development of fiscal policy, assessment of the effectiveness of its implementation are highlighted.
