Prospects of application of artificial intelligence technologies in the sphere of legal proceedings

The article considers the prospects of application of artificial intelligence technologies in the field of legal proceedings. The author identifies two key directions of the use of intelligent systems: the use as an auxiliary means of ensuring the course of legal proceedings and the use of intelligent systems of support for judicial decision-making as an auxiliary tool that is not directly related to the function of case resolution. The paper explores the potential problems and risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence technologies in legal proceedings.
