Prospects for the development of the institute of personal non-property rights in family law

The problems of the emergence, maintenance and exercise of personal non-property rights of subjects of family law are becoming especially topical in connection with both the general actualization of the demographic policy of the Russian state and the development of assisted reproductive technologies, the use of which raises issues that have not yet been regulated by legislation. The paper shows a number of problems of legal regulation of personal non-property relations in the family, suggests ways to solve them and ways to improve family legislation.
