Prospects for the development of mediation in connection with the introduction of the institute of juridical concliation

The article is devoted to the prospects for the development of the institute of mediation in the Russian Federation, as well as to the search for ways to increase the demand for this institute, taking into account the experience of foreign countries and in connection with the introduction of the institute of judicial reconciliation. The article reveals the legal foundations of the institutions of mediation and judicial conciliation in Russia, their correlation is carried out, and the main differences are identified. The authors suggest the future prospects of the possibility of functioning of institutions with joint co-existence, and make proposals on the permissible options for regulating the activities of mediation and judicial conciliation.
