Prospects for the development of an independent anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts

The article proposes measures to improve the efficiency of independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts. Problems are considered and possible solutions are proposed for conducting an independent anti-corruption expertise. As an example, the opinions of scientific researchers on this topic are given. The article examines the methodology for conducting anti-corruption expertise, approved by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, qualification requirements for independent experts of anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their projects.
