Prospects for the development of notarial proceedings in the era of digitalization

The study analyzes the impact of digitalization and the latest technologies on notary production. The purpose of the study is to analyze the technologies and software that allows you to optimize notary production. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve a number of the following tasks: to identify signs of digitalization of notary production; to investigate the problems of digitalization in the context of notary production in the Russian Federation; to identify the scope of application of the latest technologies in notary production and to establish development prospects. The study pays special attention to the unified information system (UIS) and how this platform affects office management, specific examples are considered. Further, the study analyzes the prospects for optimizing notary proceedings in the future. Research results: notary proceedings can greatly assist in the implementation of legal proceedings at various levels. In conclusion, based on the results obtained, the effectiveness of notary proceedings to date is assessed.
