Prospects of the innovation scenario realization of the development of the Volgograd region: problems, assessment

The innovative scenario of development of the Volgograd region aims at supporting new hightech productions, the improvement of innovation infrastructure, increase in the output of innovative products and can be implemented on condition of raising the efficiency of socio-economic policy of the region at the expense of formation and development of transaction system, provided organizational, administrative, informational and institutional components of this policy.
