Prospects for improving the legislative consolidation of the legal status of convicts in the light of modern penal enforcement policy

The provisions of this article reflect the prospects for the development of legislation on the regulation of the executive system. Within the framework of the study, promising directions for improving the legislative consolidation of the rights of convicts have been developed. The adopted new Concept of the development of the penal system of the Russian Federation until 2030 is analyzed. Particularly problematic aspects of the designated topic have been identified. The directions of transformation of legal norms in order to counteract infectious threats and species are proposed.
