Prospects of construction of social type holiday houses in Saint-Petersburg

The article is dedicated to the building social rental houses, which are the new experience for the region We analyzed the recently built social rental houses on the street Eremeeva. We also compared existing methods of providing rental housing for needy people in the region. According to the key aspects social housing is compared with commercial hiring of the regional program, as well as the rental of property from private individuals. We have obtained constraints, benefits and perspectives of the development of social housing in St. Petersburg. The authors offer mechanism for the implementation of investment and projects of social housing, founded on the accumulation of investment resources with the help of non-profit partnership. In this way successfully build affordable rental housing in Europe. We also presented promising directions of state assistance in the construction of the social wage type houses, shows the main participants of the investment process.
