Prospects for improving the concept of postgraduate programs in the context of the development of the legal framework of the National Security Space

On the basis of the system method and the method of comparative analysis, an assessment is made of the changes related to the Institute of postgraduate studies from September 01, 2021. Using the method of interpretation, the terminology of the Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation” and its innovations are compared. The article substantiates the relationship between the scientific potential of the state and national security, the economic component and the defense of the country. The article substantiates the idea of innovations for improving promising high technologies, research centers, and the higher education system.
