Primary invalidism of children in great agrarian-industrial region: prevalence, structure, main tendencies of dynamics

Aimed at studying main tendencies of primary children's invalidism, the population (12668 subjects) of the Altaiski krai children-invalids aged from 0 to 18 years was examined. The study results revealed that the level of primary children's invalidism in great agrarian - industrial region was higher than the mean level in Russia. The invalidism level in rural areas was significantly higher compared to the data of urban areas. Maximum rate of primary invalidism was observed in infants.
