Primary screening of microbial antagonism to microscopic fungi of the genus Aspergillus flavus and Fusarium sporotrichioides

Бесплатный доступ

Conducted primary screening of microorganisms isolated from natural habitats for antagonistic activity against microscopic fungi Aspergillus flavus and Fusarium sporotrichioides by the method of joint cultivation and counter-cultures. The most promising isolates showed antifungal effect against micromycete Aspergillus flavus for use as the basis for chemical fertilizers as live cultures are РПА3 and ПА8, synthesizing antifungal substance РКА1, ПА4, ПА7. High antifungal activity against the fungus Fusarium sporotrichioides and potential use as the basis for chemical fertilizers as live cultures showed ПF7, РКF8 and РКF11, antifungal substance synthesized isolates РПF1, РПF2 и РКF9.
