The first results of use of the laser destruction of the adenoma of the parathyroid gland at the primary hyperparathyreosis

The most frequent reason of a primary hyperparathyreosis is the adenoma of a parathyroid gland. Perfection of methods of topical diagnostics has led to development possibility low-invasive ultrasound-supervised of ways of treatment of a hyperparathyreosis. The primary estimation of possibilities of an interstitial laser photocoagulation of an adenoma of a parathyroid gland on the basis of morphological changes and a clinical example is spent. It is shown that the interstitial laser photocoagulation can be alternative way of treatment of a primary hyperparathyreosis.
