When performing combined operations on pelvic organs there is a high risk of early adhesive intestinal obstruction, the frequency of which makes 20-27%. This is explained by the fact that after the surgical removal of tumors of the small pelvis, there appears a defect of the pelvic floor with a cavity, where the loops of the small intestine fall and are fixed adhesively to the walls of the wound cavity, causing the phenomenon of intestinal obstruction. Currently there is no uniform approach to covering the entrance to the small pelvis in combined extirpations of the rectum. The article suggests a new way of the pelvic floor formation at the given category of patients.
