Ethics is no longer limited to a personal normative issue; it is now framed by internationally accepted, sometimes binding, social institutions and moral rules. This evolution, influenced by global scientific elites, highlights the emergence of a new moral and legal thinking aimed at universality similar to that of human rights. This study explores how some Arab and Algerian re-searchers, particularly through bioethics, address these ethical challenges. Is it possible to say with certainty that ethics has replaced morality?
