The article shows the trends and contradictions in the formation of the Soviet model of socio-economic development of the North Caucasus in the 1920-1930s, analyzed the efforts of the authorities to create in republics of centers of industry, cadres of technical and humanitarian intelligentsia, who contributed to socialist modernization region. The article submits main trends and contradictions of the soviet development model of the North Caucasus during its formation in 1920-1930's and the analysis of the government's efforts aimed at creating industrial centers, technical and humanitarian staff in the regions.

Demographical Transformation of Great Britain

The subject of the study is the demographic transformation of the social status of children and women in Great Britain in the 19th century. The negative impact of urbanization and the industrial revolution on their morale and health became a new social problem in Victorian Britain. Urbanization, unsanitary conditions of life and work of children and women, prostitution, drug use, lack of appropriate legislation undermined the health of the English nation, becoming a decisive factor in radical social research. and transformations. The author examines the demographic employment and sanitary conditions of children and women in the 19th century in Great Britain. Negative influence of urbanization and industrial revolution on their moral and health became a new social problem in Victorian Britain. The author resumes that urbanization, unsanitary conditions of children and women, prostitution, use of drugs, absence of adequate social code undermined the health of the nation, became the main factors of radical social investigations and reforms.

The article presents the pedagogical foundations of the process of preparing students for safe participation in road traffic as one of the most important areas of activity in the field of prevention. traffic accidents. The essence of safe behavior of a road user. Stages, methods defined formation of knowledge, skills and habits of safe behavior of road users. The concept of "danger" is characterized and methodological recommendations on the formation of trainees' skills of foreseeing danger are presented. A safe place has been identified participation in road traffic in personal safety on the roads . There are exposed pedagogical bases of preparation of student to the process of participating safely in traffic as one of the most important activities in the prevention of accidents. The article represents the essence of safe road user behavior. The stages, methods of forming of knowledge, abilities and skills of safe conduct of participants of traveling motion, are certain. A concept "danger" is described and methodical recommendations are presented on forming at the taught skills of foresight of danger. There is certain the place of the safe participating in travelling motion in the personal safety on roads.

The article shows the reasons for the violation of the principle of the unity of education and training, its relationship with the development of students' competencies is established, and the main conditions for the restoration of the driving forces of education in synthesis with training are identified. It is proved that the development of the activity component is the fundamental principle of updating the content of vocational education. The necessity of studying and developing innovative types, types and forms of practical activity in a higher educational institution is substantiated. The article describes the causes of failure of the unity principle in ethical training and education, ascertains the interrelation of the unity principle with the development of the students' competence and reveals the main conditions for reinstating the operating forces of ethical training in its synthesis with education . We prove here that developing the pragmatist component, should be the most essential principle for revising the contents of professional education. Reasons are given for studies and development of innovational types, kinds and forms of practical activity in a higher education institute.
