The letters from samara literary scientists in the private archive of E. G. Bushkanets

The subject of the article is the history of the Regional Association of the literary departments of the Volga region at the stage of its creation and functioning in the 1950-1980s. The main theme is the interaction of literary scholars from different departments, the mentality of a provincial scientist. The article is based on new material firstly used in a scientific research - letters of Samara scientists from the archive of Kazan professor E.G. Bushkanets. The results of their analysis allow us to understand the mentality of scientist of the 1960 - 1980s as of a cultural and moral figure. The article can be used in the research of the Volga region and especially Samara literary study as a fact of self-reflection of science.
