Pyotr Nikolayevich Tultaev as the leader of local self-government

This article analyzes certain provisions directly related to the life of such a famous statesman as Pyotr Nikolaevich Tultaev, who, in turn, was a significant person for the «life» of the Saransk city district, as well as this study determines the methods and specifics of his work, being the head of the Saransk city district, which They became an impetus for the effective development of local self-government in the territory of the Republic of Mordovia. The relevance of the topic under study is expressed and confirmed by the fact that the prioritization of the working activities of Pyotr Nikolaevich Tultaev was often based on the effective interaction of Pyotr Nikolaevich with the population, as well as on his cooperation with various state bodies of all branches of government, which had a good effect on the level of both public and social development of the city district of Saransk.
