Planning of activities of the office of the representative body of a municipal entity through the application of QMS principles

The article considers one of the approaches of the QMS in planning the activities of the representative body of the municipality - the principle of PDCA (plan-Do-Check-Act). Planning in the management system is a constant search for new opportunities for making important decisions, as well as allows you to timely predict the results of such decisions under certain certain conditions.
