Swimming as an effective way to mentally unload students during sessions

This article analyzes the specifics of swimming and its impact on the student’s body. The need for swimming under increased mental and emotional stress is confirmed. Particular attention is paid to tension, stress, physical fatigue, violation of the correct day and night routine, which accompany the period of taking tests and exams during the session. The author emphasizes that swimming as a unique sport contains contraindications that are practically not found among university students, which is also of great importance in relieving emotional and mental stress during the session.
