This article discusses the results of the plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and Nterminal probrain natriuretic peptide (NTproBNP) in patients with arterial hypertension and chronic heart failure. The data of correlation analysis indicators of echocardiography, 24hour blood pressure and plasma levels of natriuretic peptides of examined patients is presented.
