Pneumatic separation machine with separation of particles by gravity has been developed, which differs from the currently presented ones by the fact that after the hopper there is a preliminary sieve, on which the separation of large particles takes place. Then components pass into the pneumochannel, in which plates are installed vertically to even out the speed of the air stream, which increases the efficiency of separation of light components from the grain material. To effectively separate the main grain from the coarse and fine components, the material is separated into two streams, the main grain with the fine components and the main grain with the coarse components, through the device for separating the components by thickness. Shields are installed to prevent parts of components from flying away after hitting the rollers. The article provides a rationale for the parameters of a pneumo-separating machine with separation of particles by gravity.
