Selection of effective inactivant and adjuvant in design of inactivated vaccine against viral bovine diarrhea

The paper deals with comparative study and selection of effective adjuvants in the design of a vaccine against viral bovine diarrhea. The effectiveness of various adjuvants in laboratory models (white mice) has been demonstrated, inactivation regimes have also been worked out, the effect of various inactivants on diarrhoea virus has been studied and the required concentration of the inactivant has been selected.
