With the introduction of a number of restrictions, public places for sports have become inaccessible to visitors, most people who want to maintain their physical shape, began to work out at home. A sedentary lifestyle and a low level of physical activity have a serious negative impact on health, quality and life expectancy, and serious cardiovascular diseases can result from this lifestyle. It is scientifically proven that regular exercise and exercise improves the quality of sleep and rest, helps to maintain long-term vigor during the day. This article explains the importance and necessity of maintaining physical fitness in students during quarantine. The purpose of this work is to study the effectiveness of ways to maintain the level of physical fitness during quarantine at home, presents simple physical exercises that will help to avoid health problems and raise your mood. It is concluded that physical activity helps not only to maintain your muscles in good shape, but also helps to maintain mental health, and also helps to burn the necessary number of calories.
