Training of library staff during the years of "perestroika" and the post-Soviet decade (1985-1999)

In article investigated the condition of library personnel in Russia during scrapping the soviet political system. The changes in specialist learning process are considered. Both positive and negative factors in library education are noted. The main trends in staff training have been identified. Federal laws 1990th are analyzed.
