Training of the future teacher for career under the implementation of the professional standard

In the article the author defines the modern approaches to training students - future teachers - for their career. He also determines split-level objectives of training. The design of the program of multilevel teacher training is based on the task approach. The list of the educational-professional tasks, which define the didactic potential of the process of training of the future teacher, are formulated on the basis of selected professional problems that are solved by a teacher in practice. Based on the feedback, the design of the process of training of the future teacher for career is carried out, providing the realistic achievement of learning outcomes locally in practice. As the positive experience showed, the proposed approach can act as a conceptual and technological framework for development of implementation projects of basic educational programs in the transition to multilevel higher vocational education.
