Preparation of future teachers for the implementation of pedagogical design in an educational organization

The article focuses on the organization of stage-by-stage training of students for the implementation of pedagogical design, starting from the bachelor’s level and ending with the master’s level. The authors define the essence and specificity of each stage of this training based on such properties of educational activity that encourage its subject to move towards self-development and enhancement. The summarizes the experience, specificity of approaches, and features of training bachelors and masters for the implementation of pedagogical design in managerial, educational and extracurricular work of educational institutions of various types: preschool educational organizations, schools, secondary specialized educational institutions.
