Experience of verification of an irradiation plan for a patient treated with the stereotactic method in RSCRR

The article presents a clinical example of the application of modern methods of radiation therapy with a high degree of conformity (IMRT, Intensity modulated radiation therapy; VMAT, Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy). These methods require a number of measures to ensure the accuracy of dose delivery to the target in patients with primary and secondary tumor intracerebral brain lesions. It may be implemented in case of refusal of surgical treatment. The advantages of conducting a verification of the plans generated by several methods are provided.
