Training for professional work at higher school: problems, risks, quality criteria

The modern stage of higher school development faces the completing processes of higher schools integration into the market environment in the conditions of transition to digital economy. Wide and often not well planned introduction of modern digital technologies creates new risks and threats that require justification of possible ways, problems and devising tools to reduce their negative impact, taking into account that all subjects of the education process are to be satisfied with training (education) quality. The problems, risks and ways of problem solving in training for professional work at higher school are presented for Bachelor level at the International Institute of Design and Service (MIDiS). It is proposed to take the level of students’ satisfaction with education quality (education services) as a criterion of education quality (education service quality). The obtained questionnaire data and assessments of their coherence were processed by Kolmogorov-Smirnov’s test. The forecasted effect and efficiency of solutions in the improvement of students’ satisfaction with education (education services) quality are presented.
