Preparing for directing educational activities directors of theatrical performances in the high schools of culture and arts: the competence approach

In this article the author describes the model of competence approach to directing-pedagogical activity specialists directing theatrical performances in the Institutes of Culture and Arts, carried out its study of the basic provisions, covers the main elements of its functioning are opened. When writing this article, the author relies on the original concept of well-known researchers, noting the achievements and remaining challenges in formulating their vision. Offered an interesting perspective on the definition of directorial staged competence. Identified a number of shortcomings in the analysis of the achievements in the field of competency approach to directing teaching activities. The results of investigation of the pedagogical process, findings of the teachers' work is on the professional competence of their students. We consider a system of creative constructs, consisting of three levels of difficulty, as the basis for creating situations creatively - value character. Essence of this model is defined as a structural - functional type. Formed blocks author's model: purposeful, organizational informative, diagnostic score. Describes the development of effective methods of professional competencies of students directorial specialties.
