Preparation of professional and scientific personnel at the department of cultural and leisure activities

The article deals with the training of professional and scientific staff in the department of cultural and leisure activities. Major cultural and leisure activities - one of the largest specialized departments of the Moscow State Institute of Culture, established in 1992 for training on innovative technologies in the institutions of cultural and leisure. Major cultural and leisure activities has its own model of the profile creation, which is implemented on the basis of new theoretical knowledge. Formed scientific concept of "value-oriented, active-active approach to the integrated technology of teaching and the creative process in the department of cultural and leisure activities as a sustained and systematic realization in practice simulated nature of collective actions of subjects and objects" is universal and at the same time flexible enough allows you to modify it for specific tasks to be solved in the construction of models of further development of the department.
