Training of modern specialists in the system of dual education

The article discusses the requirements for specialist training in the system of secondary vocational education. It presents the historical background of the development of dual education using the example of the system of dual training in Germany. The need to use this system in Russia and in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in particular is explained. The advantages of participation of professional educational organizations and enterprises in the project «Training of employees who are able to meet the requirements of high-tech industries of the Krasnoyarsk Territory on the basis of dual education in engineering» are revealed.
