Preparation of specialists in municipal service for educational methodology for tutoring as a means to raise the professionalism of pedagogical cadres

The article describes conditions and content of tutor training among specialists in municipal service for educational methodology and gives grounds for basic characteristics of tutorial activity. The authors offer a provisional programme for preparation of specialists in municipal service for educational methodology for tutoring in professional development of pedagogical cadres.
