Training of specialists of the Russian language in the context of creating the zone of free trade in Heihe

The development of the economy, social sphere, education and other fields of the People’s Republic of China in accordance with the strategy “One Belt and One Road” and in connection with the creation of the zones of free trade in the border districts with Russia needs the specialists with the knowledge of the Russian language. The traditional model of teaching specialists can not satisfy the demand. The article deals with the analysis of the issues appeared in the field at the example of the creation of the zone of free trade in Heihe. There are presented the new strategies of teaching foreign languages.
