Law students training in modern conditions

The article deals with the issues of lawyers’ Maths teaching under the modern conditions of digitization in all spheres of human life. It settles down the necessity of teaching students the "categorical" mathematical structures for basic skills forming in concept definition (not only mathematical ones) and describes the methods for conducting practical classes with the first-year students studying the specialty of Law enforcement (40.05.02) at the South Ural State University. The results of applying the above-mentioned methods are given.
