This article examines the preparation of university students for passing the VFSK GTO standard “pull-up from hanging on a high bar”. A training program has been developed for passing the VFSK GTO standard “pull-up from hanging on a high bar”. Pull-up from hanging on a high bar a study was conducted in which the effectiveness of the developed program was proven.
