The world experience in using the Smart City concept shows that stakeholders are included in the management systems of the Smart Cities. An important role in ensuring the effectiveness of these management systems, their flexible response to ongoing changes and the introduction of innovations is played by digital technologies, which are also implemented in partnership, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders.
